Welcome! Here’s everything you need to know about our upcoming email address changes, including a timeline and frequently asked questions.

What’s changing? 

As part of our rebranding from Mercateo to Unite, we’re updating our email addresses from @mercateo.com to @unite.eu. Below, you’ll find an overview of the changes and the steps you need to take to update your systems.

When are the changes happening?

The changes will happen in phases, giving you enough time to make the necessary updates. The timeline below outlines when each change will take place. 

What do you need to do? 

To ensure uninterrupted communications, make sure to follow the specific steps provided for each email address change listed below. These include updating your system, adding the new addresses to your safe senders list, and informing relevant teams and end users.

From 14 November 2024, all communication about your orders, such as order confirmations and delivery information, will be sent from service@unite.eu.

Note for customers with Exclusive Catalogues:

From 29 November 2024, status notifications for catalogue updates will be sent from no-reply@unite.eu.

  • Add the new email to your contacts or safe senders list to avoid emails being filtered as spam.
  • Inform relevant teams about the change.

FAQs: Your questions answered

Don’t worry! The old email address will continue to work for at least three months following the transition. You’ll also receive an automatic reply reminding you to use the new email address.

You can already use service@unite.eu if you have questions concerning our rebranding or Unite. However, we will start using the same email address for sending out orders and order-related communication from 14 November 2024. Please wait until this date before updating service@mercateo.com to service@unite.eu in your system.

If you currently send orders via email, please continue to use service@mercateo.com until 14 November 2024. After this date, please send orders to the new email address service@unite.eu.

Orders sent to service@mercateo.com after 14 November 2024 can still be processed, but only until 31 December 2024.

No, you can continue using the same telephone numbers for customer support.

Service emails will be redirected for at least three months after the transition, giving most of our customers time to adjust.
