In the UK, Unite is signatory to the Armed Forces Covenant Act and actively hires from the forces.

Value Shared: We extend this value system to society by engaging with diverse stakeholders. We uphold the UK Modern Slavery Act and the Code of Conduct. We are signatories of the UN Global Compact, the Science Based Targets Initiative and in receipt of the EcoVadis rating, renewed annually.

Transparency and fairness are the cornerstones of successful collaboration. Accordingly, we ensure the transparency of our sustainability efforts, demonstrated by our annual renewal of the Fair Tax Mark for our exemplary tax practices and the implementation of our whistleblowing policy.
