Building relationships
Unite fosters a culture of respect and mutual benefit driven by our core values. Our team consistently supports Ukrainian war victims through monthly donations and actively links suppliers with volunteer organisations. In the UK, Unite is signatory to the Armed Forces Covenant Act and actively hires from the forces.
Giving value to sustainability
Value Added: Our internal value system is rooted in sustainability, as defined by our employees.
Value Shared: We extend this value system to society by engaging with diverse stakeholders. We uphold the UK Modern Slavery Act and the Code of Conduct. We are signatories of the UN Global Compact, the Science Based Targets Initiative and in receipt of the EcoVadis rating, renewed annually.
Enabling transparency
Transparency and fairness are the cornerstones of successful collaboration. Accordingly, we ensure the transparency of our sustainability efforts, demonstrated by our annual renewal of the Fair Tax Mark for our exemplary tax practices and the implementation of our whistleblowing policy.
Shaping a sustainable future
As a company, we are committed to our social and environmental responsibilities. We actively combat climate change and strive to enhance the quality of our environment. Our commitment to diversity is evident through our participation in the German Diversity Charter, and we assess our endeavours using the German Sustainability Code (DNK).
Embracing diversity, upholding trust, championing fairness, displaying courage, and embodying humanity - our corporate values echo our innate drive to collaboratively shape a sustainable future. Alongside prioritising the well-being of our employees we are focusing all our efforts on reducing emissions from our business operations.
