As an Key Account Manager – B2B Sales, you will support the acquisition of new customers and develop the existing clients. You will be responsible for maximizing client satisfaction and driving revenue growth.

Your role

  • Finding and acquiring new clients: You’ll participate in the search, qualification and acquisition of potential clients
  • Client counselling: You’ll be the delegated contact and advisor for assigned clients. You’ll also present the company's portfolio and advice on the optimal sourcing process for future collaboration
  • Customer journey: You’ll manage the "customer journey" in the CRM system and keep it updated. You’ll track the customer's progress and perform administrative tasks on a regular basis
  • Account management: You’ll develop customer projects together with the sales team. You’ll negotiate contracts from support to conclusion, including follow-up tasks
  • Teamwork: You’ll lead the external and internal integration of client projects in close cooperation with other areas

Your qualifications

  • Chart a path to success: Ideally, you've completed an education focusing on sales or procurement combined with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the E-Procurement sector demonstrating a track record of success in driving revenue growth and cultivating long-term client relationships
  • Digital proficiency: You have a strong affinity for digital solutions and you’re enthusiastic about digitalizing business processes
  • Communication: You're passionate and extroverted possessing the talent to understand customer needs and translate them into digital solutions
  • Analytical understanding: You’re able to use the MS Office tools in order to evaluate and present sales KPIs
  • Languages: You enjoy working within an international team. You speak Hungarian on a native level and provide good English skills. In addition, knowledge of German is a plus
  • Further Skills: You have a driver's license
