As a Senior Partner Manager for the international market, you are responsible for managing growth and performance through an ecosystem of existing and future technology partnerships for Unite.

Your role

  • Foster Growth: Managing and strategically growing a portfolio of existing technology
    partnerships. Operating as the engagement manager on these partnerships and overseeing business rhythm activities and growth initiative development with these partners in conjunction with our internal teams.
  • Drive Expansion: You actively work alongside your team members to identify, acquire, and manage new partners, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. Your focus is on hands-on partner acquisition and fostering strong collaborations to drive Unite's business objectives forward.
  • Cross Collaboration: You enhance collaboration with Sales and other departments to achieve mutual objectives and strengthen the strategic role of Global Partner Management within Unite.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: You represent Unite’s partnership initiatives in external settings, fostering long-term and high-impact relationships.
  • Reporting Progress: Maintain regular communication on business momentum and updates on key initiatives with internal and external stakeholders (inc. at the leadership level).

Your qualifications

  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth experience in technology partnerships in a rapidly growing software company, with efforts that contribute to strategic goals and revenue growth.
  • Experience: You have at least 5 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or a partner-facing leadership role involving international partners and active prospecting. Experience with eProcurement partnerships is a plus.
  • Results-Oriented: You have strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven ability to close high-value deals. You're driven by achieving ambitious revenue targets.
  • Proactive Personality: You are confident in outreach and persuasive communication. You are self-motivated and not afraid to take initiative.
  • Analytical Mindset: You can quickly assess complex situations, master intricate products or services, and present them in a clear, understandable way.
  • Language Skills: You are fluent in English and German, both written and spoken. Proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.
