We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales for the Netherlands and Belgium to drive market growth, strengthen our competitive position, and lead our sales and customer success teams. In this role, you will shape and execute a go-to-market strategy that optimises demand generation, lead qualification, and customer expansion across the region. By fostering seamless collaboration across local and international teams, you will ensure that Unite remains at the forefront of ethical, efficient, and sustainable B2B procurement. Your role

  • Define and execute growth strategies: You’ll develop and implement market expansion plans that align with both regional and global objectives. You’ll also drive demand generation through account-based marketing, inbound and outbound prospecting, and digital campaigns.
  • Optimize sales pipeline efficiency: You’ll implement structured lead qualification frameworks (MEDDIC, Challenger) to maximise conversion rates and revenue growth. Besides, you’ll maintain forecast accuracy and ensure a steady pipeline of high-potential opportunities.
  • Champion customer success: You’ll lead our Customer Success team that ensures smooth onboarding, implementation, and long-term engagement. You’ll also monitor key metrics such as NPS, retention, and expansion revenue to enhance customer lifetime value.
  • Foster strategic partnerships: You’ll build and nurture strong relationships with key clients across the Netherlands and Belgium, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize their investment in Unite’s solutions.
  • Lead with impact: You’ll coach and mentor sales talent, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration. You’ll also align with internal teams to tailor customer-centric product and service strategies.

Your qualifications

  • Proven sales leadership: You bring enterprise sales experience with a successful track record in demand generation, pipeline management, and customer success.
  • Deep market expertise: You understand B2B procurement, indirect spend management, and supply chain challenges specific to the Netherlands and Belgium.
  • Data-driven decision-making: You leverage CRM optimisation, AI-driven analytics, and data insights to enhance sales performance and revenue predictability.
  • Strategic storytelling: You can translate complex procurement challenges into compelling sales solutions, positioning Unite as a trusted partner.
  • Passion for sustainable procurement: You are committed to promoting ethical and transparent procurement that aligns with sustainability and compliance standards.
