As the Head of Marketing Communications for Europe, you will lead a lean and collaborative team focused on creating high-impact content and communications that support brand visibility and pipeline growth across European markets. Your role will focus on content strategy, LinkedIn presence, and nurturing activities aligned with our demand generation goals. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for a strong communicator with a B2B mindset and the ambition to grow into a broader international remit over time.

Your role

  • Drive demand through versatile, SEO-optimised content: Oversee the creation of a wide range of content formats including whitepapers, expert reports, blogs, interviews, webinars, landing pages, social posts, and e-books — supporting all stages of the funnel from awareness to conversion and driving qualified website traffic through strategic content planning and distribution.
  • Plan and execute nurturing strategies: Develop content journeys and nurture streams that engage leads over time, supporting consideration and intent stages with targeted messaging, automated campaigns, and personalised content.
  • Amplify regional visibility: Work with media partners and internal stakeholders to amplify content through syndication, paid promotion, and PR activities related to campaigns and partnerships.
  • Lead a focused team: Manage a small team, including a Content Lead, a Senior Social Media Manager, and a MarComms Writer with support from design, localisation, and digital media teams.
  • Own the LinkedIn strategy: Plan and deliver LinkedIn content that drives engagement and builds our reputation with European procurement and public sector audiences.
  • Ensure consistency across Europe: Align messaging across our European markets and ensure local relevance by working with localisation and field marketing teams.

Your qualifications

  • Solid experience: 5–8 years in B2B marketing or communications, ideally in the tech, SaaS, or procurement-related space.
  • Strong writing and content skills: Proven experience developing content that supports awareness, consideration, and lead nurturing — particularly for a European audience.
  • Social media expertise:Comfortable creating and optimising LinkedIn content for professional, senior-level audiences.
  • SEO and traffic mindset: Strong understanding of SEO principles and how content strategy can drive qualified website traffic and engagement.
  • Collaborative team player: Able to work across functions (product marketing, digital, events, localisation) and manage content calendars and priorities.
  • Digital aptitude: Confident using tools like HubSpot (or similar MAP), CMS platforms, AI-powered writing/editing tools, and collaborative environments such as Miro or Confluence.
  • Language: Fluent English required; German or another European language is a plus.
