As the Digital Campaign Manager (Business 2 Business / Government), you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns focused on B2B customer acquisition and performance marketing. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective digital strategies that drive lead generation, nurture prospects, and convert them into customers. You will be responsible for monitoring and analysing campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing data-driven optimizations to achieve business goals.
- You’ll develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns focused on B2B customer acquisition and performance marketing, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing
- You’ll collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to define campaign goals, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs) based on business objectives
- You’ll conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for digital marketing campaigns
- You’ll create and optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and marketing content to improve campaign performance and drive lead generation
- You’ll monitor and analyse campaign performance data, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI, and provide regular reports to stakeholders
- You’ll provide recommendations on budget allocation, campaign pacing, and resource utilization to optimize campaign performance
- You’ve a proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in B2B customer acquisition and performance marketing, with a track record of success
- You’ve a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including paid search, display and social media advertising, email and content marketing
- You’re proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and marketing automation platforms
- You’ve excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- You’ve knowledge of B2B marketing and sales funnels, lead generation, and customer acquisition best practices
- You’ve a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint, are a plus
