As Senior Product Marketing Manager (gn), you own positioning, messaging and go-to-market execution for a defined Unite portfolio, turning product strategy into clear enterprise value narratives, scalable launches and measurable commercial impact across Europe for B2B and B2G audiences. This role requires strong product marketing craft, deep procurement domain fluency and the ability to operate in a scale-up environment where GTM systems are still being built.
You operate as a senior specialist within the unified Go-to-Market team and partner closely with Product, Sales, Partner Management, Digital & Demand Gen, Marketing Ops/Analytics, Translation & Localisation Management, Customer Engagement & Retention, and local country teams. If you’re excited by building stories that matter, driving launches that scale, and seeing your work make a measurable difference — Unite is the right place for you.

Your role
- Portfolio strategy and narrative ownership: Own the product marketing strategy and portfolio narrative, shaping how Unite solutions are positioned and communicated across European B2B and B2G audiences.
- Positioning and messaging: Define and evolve value propositions, messaging frameworks, use cases and proof points that clearly articulate customer value, differentiation and business outcomes.
- Procurement market expertise: Translate knowledge of indirect procurement, e-procurement, source-to-pay, procure-to-pay, spend management and marketplace procurement into sharper GTM decisions and more credible narratives.
- Market and customer insight: Build continuous insight loops across win/loss, customer feedback, field input, trends and competition, and turn them into actionable GTM guidance.
- GTM planning and launch execution: Lead cross-functional go-to-market planning and scalable launches, defining audiences, aligning stakeholders on the story, preparing assets, enabling distribution and driving post-launch learning.
- Enterprise enablement and value-selling: Create high-impact enablement that supports complex enterprise sales cycles, multi-stakeholder buying committees, ROI conversations and business-case development.
- AI-enabled operating model: Use AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, synthesis, competitive analysis, content iteration and knowledge management while maintaining high quality and judgement.
Your qualifications
- Product marketing expertise: Strong B2B product marketing background in enterprise software: ideally platform, marketplace, procurement tech, or adjacent SaaS.
- Procurement domain depth: Deep expertise in indirect procurement/e-procurement and related domains (source-to-pay, procure-to-pay, spend and supplier management, supply chain, marketplace procurement).
- Industry & segment fluency: Fluency in at least one priority vertical (manufacturing, healthcare, pharma, logistics, or supply chain); B2G/public sector procurement is a significant plus.
- Scale-up GTM execution: Proven ability to build GTM infrastructure, playbooks, frameworks and enablement while executing in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
- Enterprise value selling: Strong grasp of complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and translating capabilities into business value for C-level buyers (CPO, CFO, COO) and procurement leaders.
- Ways of working (AI, data & ownership): AI-native and data-confident (KPIs/OKRs), highly organised with modern collaboration tools, and accountable for measurable impact.
- Communication & language: Native or near-native English with precise, commercially sharp writing and presenting; German is a strong advantage for DACH collaboration.
