As Senior Product Marketing Manager (gn), you’ll own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for a defined set of products and packages—turning product strategy into clear narratives, scalable launches, and measurable commercial impact across Europe for both B2B and B2G.

You’lloperate as a Senior Specialist within our unified Go-to-Market team (Product Marketing, Content, Rollout, Brand Asset/Project Management) and partner closely with Product, Sales, Partner Management, Digital & Demand Gen, Marketing Ops/Analytics, and local country teams.

Your role

  • Portfolio Strategy & Narrative Ownership: You own the product marketing strategy and portfolio narrative—shaping how our solutions are positioned and communicated across European B2B and B2G audiences.
  • Positioning & Messaging: You define and evolve value propositions, messaging frameworks, and use cases that clearly articulate customer value and differentiation.
  • Market & Customer Insight: You create continuous insight loops (win/loss, customer feedback, trends, competition) and turn them into sharper messaging, better GTM decisions, and actionable guidance for teams.
  • GTM Planning & Launch Execution: You lead cross-functional go-to-market planning and launch execution—defining audiences, aligning stakeholders on the story, preparing assets, enabling distribution, and driving post-launch learnings.
  • Enablement & Adoption Content: You create high-impact content and enablement (pitch materials, competitive insights, demos, tutorials, explainers) that empower Sales, Partner Management, and lifecycle teams, ensuring consistent storytelling and driving adoption at scale.

Your qualifications

  • Product marketing expertise: You bring strong B2B product marketing experience in a software/platform/marketplace environment, with proven ownership of positioning, messaging, GTM planning, and launches.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: You lead through influence, align stakeholders across teams and countries, and keep complex projects structured and moving forward.
  • Data confidence: You’re comfortable with KPIs/OKRs and turn performance insights into clear decisions and actions.
  • Excellent communication: You simplify complex topics into compelling narratives and crisp assets; you’re fluent in written and spoken English and German.
  • Working style & tools: You’re organised, comfortable with modern collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, monday.com), and ensure transparency and alignment throughout your work.
  • Ownership mindset: You take responsibility end-to-end, act proactively, and stay accountable for measurable impact.
