As a Customer Service Agent – Dutch/German (gn), you will support our customers and ensure a seamless service experience. You will act as the main point of contact for all enquiries and thus play a key role in ensuring our customers’ satisfaction and loyalty.

Your role
- Building customer relationships: You are the first point of contact for all customer queries and work with our customers to find the right solution in an empathetic and personalised manner
- Working collaboratively: Through close communication with our suppliers, you ensure that orders are processed smoothly – including cancellations, scheduling and compliance with all obligations
- Breaking new ground: You handle customer enquiries regarding orders, provide support with cross-functional issues and thus ensure the best possible shopping experience
- Shaping processes: You play an active role in the further development of our team processes and contribute directly to improving efficiency and customer satisfaction
Your qualifications
- Language: You speak Dutch and German fluently. You are also confident in communicating in English on a daily basis
- Experience: You have already gained experience in customer service or customer success
- Digital skills: You are proficient in MS Office and feel comfortable using digital tools and web-based systems
- Personality: You are a strong communicator, team-oriented and come across as friendly and persuasive. You can empathise with customers and find tailored solutions even for complex issues
- Holistic thinking: You quickly grasp how processes interrelate, work seamlessly with multiple systems simultaneously and respond confidently to different situations
