We are looking for an experienced Copywriter & Content Manager in the B2B/B2G procurement space who will drive content excellence for customer communication post-sales. In this role, you don't just write – you manage content creation, coordinate with stakeholders, and actively shape how we communicate with our buyers and suppliers across different user groups.
As a key member of our Customer Engagement & Retention team, you will own content creation for onboarding, adoption, retention, and the Support Hub. You'll work closely with Product Marketing/GTM, Customer Success, Onboarding, Platform, Operations, and Localisation teams. Your work will directly contribute to seamless customer experiences, strong platform adoption, and scalable, high-impact engagement programs.
Your role
- Content Planning & Lifecycle Management: You plan, write, and maintain high-quality, user-centric content across the entire customer lifecycle – from onboarding and migrations to retention, platform adoption, product releases, and regulatory/operational communications.
- Copywriting: You produce compelling copy for multiple customer and user groups (buyers and suppliers): emails, user guides, support articles, how-to screencast scripts, FAQs, and on-platform messaging in English and German.
- Content Process Management: You manage the end-to-end content creation process – from intake, assessment, and prioritisation to production, review, and publication – and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align content with business goals and user needs.
- AI-Supported Workflows: You develop and refine AI-supported writing workflows and content processes to increase efficiency and quality.
- Data-Driven Optimisation: You use the platform itself, customer feedback, analytics, and usability insights to continuously improve content effectiveness.
- Editorial Standards: You apply and maintain our brand's tone of voice consistently across all channels and contribute to establishing and maintaining internal writing and terminology standards.
Your qualifications
- Language Skills: You bring native-level German and excellent English (written and spoken) – you write fluently and persuasively in both languages, and can create content in English first if needed.
- Professional Experience: You have a minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience creating customer-facing content (onboarding, support, lifecycle marketing) for B2B SaaS or platform products – ideally in procurement, e-commerce, or complex technical environments.
- Writing Excellence: You provide a portfolio or work samples showcasing your ability to write clear, engaging, user-centric content across different formats (e.g. emails, guides, tutorials, support pages).
- Content Management & Stakeholder Coordination: You've managed content workflows, coordinated with multiple stakeholders, ensured timely delivery in complex environments, and manage multiple projects in parallel with minimal supervision.
- Proactive, consultative mindset with user-centric thinking: You don't just execute – you ask questions, challenge assumptions, bring stakeholders to better solutions, and instinctively tailor content to different personas and user journey stages.
- Tool proficiency: You bring proven hands-on experience with content management systems (ideally for multilingual websites), email marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot), in-app messaging tools (e.g. Intercom) or support portals.
