We are looking for a proactive and commercially-minded Supplier Manager who can turn complexity into opportunity and bring strategic procurement to life. In this role, you will own and optimise supplier relationships – ensuring seamless onboarding, category growth, and operational excellence. You will work cross-functionally to drive procurement efficiency and innovation while upholding the highest standards of compliance, sustainability, and value creation. Your role

  • Shape strategic sourcing: You’ll apply a structured, data-driven approach to supplier selection, onboarding, and contract management.
  • Optimise supplier performance: You’ll build trusted partnerships that ensure reliability, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive operational excellence: You’ll manage catalogues and procurement workflows, ensuring content accuracy and smooth supplier integration.
  • Balance cost & value: You’ll identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining strong commercial and financial controls.
  • Collaborate to succeed: You’ll work with internal teams to align procurement strategies with wider business goals and share best practices.

Your qualifications

  • Language proficiency: You’re confident communicating in both Dutch and English, enabling you to collaborate smoothly across teams and stakeholders.
  • Strategic procurement skills: You bring demonstrated hands-on experience in sourcing, supplier contracting, and category management.
  • Supplier relationship insight: You know how to manage and elevate supplier partnerships to deliver long-term value.
  • Commercial and financial expertise: You’re confident in analysing spend data and negotiating terms to support profitability.
  • Cross-functional communicator: You work well across teams, influencing decisions and aligning procurement goals.
  • Innovation-oriented: You seek smarter, more efficient ways of working by leveraging digital tools and supplier innovation.
