The Information Security Statement of Unite mandates a continuous commitment to exercising due care and diligence in safeguarding information systems, services, and data from unauthorised access, use, disclosure, destruction, modification, disruption, or distribution. This commitment ensures the maintenance of our reputation with business partners by preserving confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Unite will fullfil business, legal, regulatory requirements, and contractual security obligations. The information security management team is responsible for establishing and maintaining the information security management system. It ensures its integrity is maintained through the instruction and training of its personnel and that each employee properly understands what is required of them.
Equally, every employee has a personal responsibility to maintain this integrity. Regardless of grade, all our staff are responsible for becoming familiar with our security processes and complying with all information security and privacy policies and the procedures underpinning them.
Further, Unite will ensure any subcontractor employed for a particular function will meet the requirements specified and accept responsibility for their actions.
Risk assessments are carried out on an ongoing basis using agreed criteria.
Unite has a policy of continuous improvement and objective setting in line with the ISO 27001:2022 standard.
The information security management system will be monitored regularly under the top management’s ultimate responsibility with regular reporting of the status and effectiveness at all levels.
