We are looking for a bilingual Senior Marketing & Communications Writer (English/German) with expertise in public sector procurement, compliance, and sustainability. In this role, you will create high-impact content such as white papers, policy briefs, and thought leadership pieces that simplify complex issues. You will play a key role in translating regulatory insights into compelling, strategic narratives that reinforce our leadership in the public sector while integrating key sustainability initiatives such as Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Your role

Monitor and anticipate change: Stay ahead of procurement regulations and legislative updates to ensure content reflects real-time compliance and sustainability mandates.
Create impactful content: Develop strategic materials that go beyond procurement basics to provide deep insights into compliance, ethical sourcing, and ESG best practices.
Turn rigour into clarity: Simplify complex regulatory frameworks into clear, actionable insights that readers can easily implement while remaining fully compliant with global, EU and local regulations.
Drive thought leadership: Create compelling white papers, articles, and reports that challenge conventional thinking and position the organisation at the forefront of public sector strategy.
Collaborate for success: Work with legal, procurement, and marketing teams to integrate expert perspectives into high-impact content for conferences and high-level industry briefings.

Your qualifications

Bring industry expertise: You have 5+ years of experience in public sector procurement, policy, or legal communications, delivering high-impact, tailored content.
Communicate across cultures: You are fluent in both German and English and able to create content for diverse global audiences.
Ensure regulatory accuracy: You have in-depth knowledge of EU Directives, WTO GPA, and local procurement laws to produce accurate, compliant content.
Shape strategic narratives: You have proven experience producing thought leadership content that positions organisations as authorities in procurement and public sector policy.
Turn complexity into action: You can simplify legal and regulatory frameworks into clear, actionable insights for professionals navigating global compliance requirements.
Showcase your expertise: Share writing samples that demonstrate your ability to create compelling, transformative content.
