Are you fluent in Spanish and German, and passionate about customer support? As an International Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our Spanish customers, assisting with order inquiries on our B2B platform. You’ll collaborate with sales, accounting, and supplier management teams to resolve order issues, liaise with suppliers to address stock or delivery challenges and ensure smooth operations throughout the purchase process.

Your role

Maintain customer relationships: You’ll be the first point of contact when questions arise about ordering and work empathetically with our international customers to find the right solution.
Act in a networked manner: As a valuable link between customers and suppliers, you’ll ensure the smooth processing of orders from item search to returns.
Breaking new ground: You’ll take customer enquiries about orders and be also a competent intermediary for cross-thematic issues. You’ll provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience through your personalised support.
Design processes: You’ll actively shape the processes in your team and thus, have a direct influence on customer satisfaction.

Your qualifications

Languages: You are a native Spanish speaker, fluent in German for daily communication, and have excellent proficiency in English.
Expertise: Ideally, you have commercial training and some experience in customer service or a similar customer-oriented role.
Personality: You’re a strong communicator and have a good feel for customer needs. You’ll find it easy to respond to customers individually.
Act digitally: You have a sound knowledge of MS Office and the motivation to familiarise yourself with new IT systems.
Team spirit: Your friendly and empathetic manner will make you feel comfortable as part of our team and your reliable way of working will ensure stability.
