At Unite Hungary, we are looking for a driven and curious Junior Supplier Manager to support and strengthen our supplier partnerships, streamline procurement operations, and contribute to business growth through data-led decisions. In this role, you will work closely with local country teams to help deliver commercial excellence, operational efficiency, and high-quality supplier experiences. You'll engage with internal and external stakeholders, manage projects with both suppliers and customers, and represent Unite at key events. Your role

  • Manage supplier relationships: You’ll support supplier acquisition, onboarding, and performance improvement. Represent Unite at events and webinars to build trusted partnerships.
  • Drive procurement operations: You’ll work on sourcing, catalogue management, and contract execution (including the use of FYNK), ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout.
  • Lead cross-functional projects: You’ll coordinate initiatives between suppliers, customers, and sales, ensuring timelines, goals, and deliverables are met.
  • Collaborate across teams: You’ll work closely with local sales, customer service, accounting, operations, and legal to align offers and contracts with strategic business goals.
  • Use data to inform decisions: You’ll leverage supplier analytics to identify opportunities for savings, risk mitigation, and workflow improvements.

Your qualifications

  • Grounded in early experience: You already bring 1–2 years of hands-on experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role, giving you the confidence to engage professionally while remaining eager to keep learning and growing.
  • Commercial awareness: You understand the value of cost-conscious procurement and are motivated to support profitability and growth.
  • Proactive and adaptable: You are a natural problem-solver who remains calm under pressure and responds quickly to evolving priorities.
  • Collaborative by nature: You enjoy working across teams and understand the power of cross-functional alignment.
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven: You care about accuracy and use insights to guide your work and contribute to smarter decision-making.
  • Proactive and committed to personal development: You take initiative, work independently, and continuously seek to develop your procurement knowledge and impact.
