As Team Lead – Deal Desk & Contract Management (gn) you will build a brand-new function at Unite from the ground up. You are the central point of contact for the commercial integrity of our deals, ensuring that deals are compliant, margin-conscious, and well-structured before they close. You analyse how deals currently flow through the sales organisation, identify gaps and risks in the existing process landscape, and design, document, and implement scalable structures.

Your role

  • Ignite new opportunities: You’ll identify, qualify, and engage high-potential leads through research, outreach, and event participation, fuelling our sales pipeline with quality prospects.
  • Shine as a consultative partner: You’ll connect with clients, uncover their needs, and present tailored solutions, demonstrating our platform’s value with clarity and confidence.
  • Turn conversations into contracts: You’ll manage the sales process end-to-end, from initial contact and proposal to negotiation and closing, ensuring seamless handover to the Customer Success team.
  • Collaborate for collective success: You’ll work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Supplier Management, sharing feedback and aligning strategies to maximise results.
  • Lead with data and innovation: You’ll leverage CRM and analytics to guide your decisions, track results, and experiment with new acquisition tactics for continuous improvement.

Your qualifications

  • Communicate to inspire action: You communicate persuasively in Dutch (C1-C2) and English (C1-C2), adapting your approach for different audiences and fostering a culture of collaboration.
  • Deliver with integrity and expertise: You bring 2-4 years of B2B sales experience (preferably SaaS/platform/marketplace), excel with CRM tools, and act in line with compliance standards and organisational values.
  • Build relationships that matter: You develop and nurture strategic connections with stakeholders that drive customer acquisition and business growth.
  • Engage with empathy and insight: You understand customer needs deeply and use your consultative skills to deliver value in every interaction.
  • Adapt, learn, and drive results: You seek and act on feedback, stay agile in changing environments, and work proactively toward ambitious targets.
