As Content Strategist – Campaigns & Go-to-Market, you are part of the Global Brand & Marketing (GMB) department at Unite. Sitting in the Content Team, under the Head of GTM & Product Marketing, you turn our product messaging and go-to-market strategy into high-performing, AI-enabled campaigns. Your work speaks to procurement professionals and decision makers for procurement platforms and services across Europe – combining strong copywriting craft with strategic, future-ready ways of working.

Your role

Turn strategy into content: You’ll sit in the Global Brand & Marketing team under the Head of GTM & Product Marketing and turn our product messaging into clear, compelling content for procurement decision makers.
Create omnichannel campaign assets: You’ll develop campaign copy and content that works across channels – from paid and organic social and display to landing pages, email journeys, nurture flows and short video scripts.
• Build messaging systems: You’ll develop message blocks and funnel variations (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU) that can be reused across channels and markets.
Enable markets: You’ll prepare localisation-ready campaign assets and toolkits for regional teams, provide clear briefings to the Translation & Localisation team, and collaborate on asset concepts that markets can adapt and deploy.
Work with GTM, Digital & Demand Generation and regional experts: You’ll partner with Product Marketing, Digital & Demand Generation (including Social Media & Performance), Design, Translation & Localisation and regional marketers to ensure a consistent, performance-driven story.
Optimise performance in an AI-driven world: You’ll use data, SEO/CRO insights, A/B tests and AI-powered tools to refine messaging, improve conversion and scale content efficiently – designing smart AI workflows while keeping human judgement, quality and brand voice at the centre.

Your qualifications

Experience: Several years of hands-on copywriting and campaign content creation in a B2B/B2G environment (for example in content, product or digital marketing), ideally working closely with Design to turn copy into on-brand assets. A degree or completed training in communications, marketing or a comparable field is a plus.
• Campaign writing skills: Strong examples of campaign copy – from paid social and nurturing emails to landing pages – ideally for procurement, purchasing or supply management audiences.
Funnel and GTM mindset: You’re comfortable working with value propositions, buyer journeys and different funnel stages, and you think in systems rather than one-off assets.
• Clarity and structure: You can turn complex product input into simple, benefit-led messaging and well-structured content blocks that work across formats and channels.
• Collaboration: You enjoy working with cross-functional teams, including Translation & Localisation, Design and regional marketing, and can handle feedback from multiple stakeholders.
Data, tools and AI literacy: You know how to work with performance metrics, A/B testing and SEO/CRO basics, and you’re confident using (or keen to master) AI-assisted content tools, prompts and workflows within clear guidelines.
Future-ready mindset: You’re curious about new formats, tools and ways of working, and you’re comfortable adapting your content and processes as AI, channels and buyer behaviour evolve.
• Languages: Excellent written and spoken English. German skills or a willingness to develop them are a strong plus.
