As a French-German Speaking Customer Service Representative (gn), you will be part of our international customer service team. As the first point of contact, you will assist our French-speaking customers with any inquiries regarding their orders on our platform.
Your role
- Maintain customer relationships: You are the first point of contact for customer inquiries about orders and work empathetically with our international customers to find the best solution
- Service orientation: As a valuable link between customers and suppliers, you ensure smooth order processing - from product searches to returns
- Explore new approaches: You handle customer inquiries regarding orders and serve as a competent intermediary for cross-topic concerns. Through your individual support, you create the best possible shopping experience for our customers
- Shape processes: You actively contribute to optimizing processes within your team, directly influencing customer satisfaction
Your qualifications
- Languages: You are fluent in French and German. You are also confident in daily communication in English
- Know-how: Ideally, you have a commercial education and initial experience in customer service or a similar customer-oriented role
- Personality: You are an excellent communicator with a keen sense of customer needs. You easily adapt to individual customer concerns
- Digital skills: You have solid knowledge of MS Office and are motivated to familiarize yourself with new IT systems
- Team spirit: Your friendly and empathetic nature makes you feel comfortable as part of our team and your reliable way of working ensures stability
