Information and requirements for suppliers
Unite is interested in collaborating with suppliers who can expand the product range in both breadth and depth. In this partnership, suppliers will be responsible for the logistics. For manufacturers, we offer the opportunity to provide product data and thus showcase their entire product portfolio, regardless of any existing supply relationships.
In the first step, we need you to complete the supplier application form. To do so, click on the 'Become a supplier' button. We will review your application and inform you about the next steps.
The basic principles for the collaboration between Unite and the supplier are our General Terms and Conditions (GTC). A framework agreement is also concluded between Unite and every supplier.
Start of the collaboration
The first step for collaborating with Unite is to complete our supplier registration.
Upload your catalogue via sFTP
After you’ve successfully registered as a supplier, you’ll receive access to your own sFTP account. You can upload your catalogue to this account and update it when necessary.
You can find further information on our catalogue requirements in the tab Technical details.
Catalogue check
We'll check your catalogue before it goes online. We check item descriptions, EAN numbers, manufacturer numbers, the number of images and datasheets, order units and packaging units.
Go live
Once the catalogue check is completed successfully and you’ve given your approval, it’ll go live on Unite. Customers can find and order your items.
Grow with Unite
Our dedicated supplier management team will be in contact with you regularly to assist your account growth by checking the quality of your catalogue, price reports and marketing opportunities.

As a supplier, you tell Unite the wholesale price of each item. To calculate the sales price for customers, a margin is added to the wholesale price. If you like, you can request a price report for a fee. You can then respond to the price level and price elasticity of each item by adjusting the price for Unite, allowing you to control your competitiveness.
Unite passes on its suppliers’ shipping costs to its customers without adding commission. Shipping costs are based on order value rather than weight.
EANs (European Article Numbers) should always be included in your catalogue if they have been assigned by the manufacturer. Remember, customers sometimes search for items by entering the EAN. If an EAN hasn’t been assigned by the manufacturer, please get in touch with our supplier management team.
Your product range can be expanded by updating your catalogue. Please contact your supplier manager.
