The sales enablement team provides sales leaders and reps with the learning materials, content, and resources to drive growth and success. Partnering with the sales team and broader enablement team, the Sales Enablement Manager will develop and execute impactful, data-driven solutions for transforming the sales process. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and cross-functional collaboration.

Your role

  • Work in partnership: You foster close relationships with sales leadership to create, execute and optimize a sales enablement program for buyer and seller sales
  • Create collaboration: You serve as a liaison between sales, sales operations, marketing, product, operations and legal
  • Holistic thinking: You conceive and implement a sales enablement program for buyer and seller sales that aligns with sales strategy and key objectives
  • Take responsibility: Your are responsible for all aspects of scalable foundational and continuous learning programs for sales, including but not limited to training content creation, scheduling and coordination, creation and deployment or delivery of on-demand courseware, and instructor-led sales training
  • Implement concepts: You lead the creation and deployment of appropriate training and coaching programs, content/sales messaging, processes, practices, forms, and tools to support the sales force
  • Analytical understanding: You analyse performance data to ensure strategy is improving sales productivity and to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales teams
  • Shape growth: You budget, select, implement and maintain a sales enablement platform to support the program
  • Empower the team: You lead, mentor, coach and inspire by role modelling passion for excellence and learning 

Your qualifications

  • Education: You hold at least a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in business marketing, learning management or any related field
  • Experience: You have 5+ years experience in sales, sales operations, learning and development, marketing or HR (ideally in the area of SaaS solution sales, e-Commerce or platform business models)
  • Further skills: You possess extensive knowledge of sales enablement technologies, processes, and best practices and have a strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training
  • Mindset: You bring a strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Personality: You are self-motivated, highly driven to produce results and able to communicate effectively with senior management
  • Leadership: You have gained first leadership experience and know how to motivate and inspire your team
  • Communication: You have excellent communication skills in English and German
