We are looking for a motivated and curious Junior Sales Development Executive to support our customer acquisition efforts and help expand Unite’s presence in Hungary. In this early-career role, you’ll work closely with experienced sales and marketing colleagues to identify new business opportunities, engage with prospective clients, and contribute to the growth of our customer base. You’ll be guided and coached along the way, developing skills in lead generation, consultative sales, and stakeholder engagement. If you’re a proactive team player with strong communication skills and an interest in B2B sales, we’d love to hear from you.
Your role
- Support lead generation efforts: You'll assist in identifying and qualifying prospects through research, outreach, events, and networking activities.
- Engage new contacts: You'll help initiate contact with prospects via email, phone, and social media to book discovery meetings.
- Contribute to business cases: You'll work with more senior team members to gather insights and prepare customised sales proposals and presentations.
- Participate in sales cycles: You'll join client meetings and help prepare for demos and negotiation stages, learning to build trust and demonstrate value.
- Measure impact and support growth: You'll help drive new customer acquisition, lead generation success, and stakeholder engagement in the Hungarian market. Contribute to project execution efficiency and sales performance improvements.
Your qualifications
- Grounded in early experience: You already bring 1–2 years of hands-on experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role, giving you the confidence to engage professionally while remaining eager to keep learning and growing.
- Relationship-oriented mindset: You enjoy engaging with people and are eager to develop meaningful connections with prospects and colleagues.
- Strong communicator: You express ideas clearly, ask the right questions, and adapt your tone depending on your audience.
- Eager to learn and grow: You’re motivated to develop a career in sales, take initiative, and embrace coaching and feedback.
- Organised and detail-conscious: You can manage multiple tasks, maintain CRM accuracy, and stay on top of follow-ups.
- Collaborative and positive: You’re a team player who contributes to a supportive, performance-driven environment and helps build a strong internal culture.
