What is changing?
On 6 February, our company name changed from Mercateo UK Ltd. to Unite Procurement UK Ltd. All invoices and business correspondence now reflect our new name.

What you need to do
Please update your systems to reflect the new company name. Refer to the table below to see which changes apply to you.
- Please change the name of your debtor from Mercateo UK Ltd. to Unite Procurement UK Ltd.
- Although it’s unlikely, if your system requires the creation of a new debtor, please inform us at info.uk@unite.eu.
- Update the company name and logo (if applicable) on your shipping label.
- Download the new logo here.
- The address remains unchanged.
- Continue using the current Mercateo tape until it runs out.
- Reorders will feature the Unite logo.
Important Information for Suppliers with Trade Credit Insurance:
If you have a trade credit insurance policy in place for us, please let your insurer know about the name change in good time.
What will not change?
All other master data, besides the company name, remains unchanged, as shown in the table below. There is also no change to the management board members, ownership structure, or legal form of the company.
