Information for suppliers

Welcome to our support page for the upcoming changes related to our rebranding from Mercateo to Unite. This page provides all the essential information about the company name change.

What is changing?

Our legal entity name will change from Mercateo UK Ltd. to Unite Procurement UK Ltd. in early 2025. We will provide the exact date via email as soon as it is finalised.

Once the change is effective, all invoices and business correspondence will be issued under the new name, Unite Procurement UK Ltd.

What you need to do

Once notified, you’ll need to update your systems to reflect the new company name. Refer to the table below to see which changes apply to you.

This table shows the required changes based on your transaction process due to the company name change.

  • Once the company name change comes into effect, you will need to change the name of your debtor from Mercateo UK Ltd. to Unite Procurement UK Ltd.
  • Although it’s unlikely, if your system requires the creation of a new debtor, please inform us by 11 November 2024 at support@unite.eu.
  • Download the new logo here.
  • Update the new company name and logo in your delivery note.
  • Access the updated template here.
  • Update the company name and logo (if applicable) on your shipping label.
  • Download the new logo here.
  • The address remains unchanged.
  • Continue using the current Mercateo tape until it runs out.
  • Reorders will feature the Unite logo.
  • Inform your insurer about the name change.
  • We will notify trade credit insurers in advance.

What will not change?

All other master data, besides the company name, remains unchanged, as shown in the table below. There will also be no changes to the management board members, ownership structure, or legal form of the company.

If your system doesn't allow for a name change without creating a new account, please contact us at support@unite.eu by 11 November 2024. We will assist you in resolving this.

Please contact your Unite representative or email info.uk@unite.eu if you require an official letter. We will provide the necessary documentation once the change is finalised.

The new name is Unite Procurement UK Ltd. Only the company name changes; all other master data will remain the same.
