    Service & Support

Would you like to become a supplier in the B2B network Unite? Has a customer invited you to make your products available in an e-procurement system? Here you will find information about the onboarding process and helpful tips on how to use Unite.

Become a Unite supplier - start your onboarding

Follow these steps to create your BusinessShop and make your product catalogue available in various e-procurement systems.

    1. Digitally sign the service description and accept the contract conditions. The documents can be downloaded for revision in the section Contract information below. We will send you the service description via Adobe Sign to be signed digitally. Please send us the name, address and email-address of the person authorised to sign.
    2. Register on the Unite Portal: portal.unite.eu and fill in your company data.
    3. Go to the section App Creator to create your App. You can find further information about the App creation here.
    4. If you would like to add further detail and information about your catalogue or your company on your BusinessShop Landingpage, please send us the Excel form Business Shop Landingpage App Store filled out (and image files if applicable) by e-mail. Our technical editors will then enrich your BusinessShop Landingpage.
    5. Provide us with your product catalogue and media data. You can find more information about this in the section Technical information below.

As soon as your catalogue data is complete, the onboarding process can start. Please contact the Unite team sell@unite.eu.
