    Where can I view my orders?

    You can find your placed orders on Mercateo in the menu bar under “My Mercateo” > Order Archive.

    Can I see the estimated delivery time for each product?

    Mercateo Unite displays estimated delivery time on a product basis. However, it depends whether the seller provides this information and whether the ERP or e-procurement system provider also displays this information.

    Will I be able to change or cancel an order?

    If you like to change or cancel an order, please get in direct contact with the seller of the goods. In general, the order submission to the seller is a binding offer and does not provide for any order changes or cancellations.

    How do I deal with returns?

    Returns are processed directly between the buyer and the provider. Unite can provide you with assistance regarding both communication and the necessary steps. All enquiries concerning returns can be written and sent centrally in a standardized format – Unite will then forward them to the providers concerned. You’ll receive all the contact data required to process returns.

    How does the cancellation/return/complaint of products work?

    If you have any questions regarding the cancellation, return or complaint, please contact the respective provider. Most providers provide more detailed information on the start page of their Unite App or in the order confirmations.

    Who is liable for defects of the goods/services purchased through Unite?

    Claims under the warranty for defect must be asserted against the provider with whom the customer placed the respective order.
