How to activate or cancel customer requests

    If you have selected the manual approval mode, you must manually process each customer request to allow access to your BusinessShop. We recommend answering all customer requests within 24 hours.

    Log in to your Unite account:

    • Open your Contract management
    • Click on Contracts with customers and select Details of the relevant customer
    • You can either confirm or reject the request

    If you want to cancel a contract with a customer, click on Cancel contract.
